Metals are good conductor of electricity or heat i.e., they allow to flow electricity or heat through them. For example: Gold, iron,copper etc.Whereas Non metals are bad conductors of electricity or heat i.e., they do not allow to flow electricity or heat through them. For example: Plastic, wood etc.Both non metals and metals can be separated in to its components by physical methods.Thank You!

Metal-i) Metal are sonorous. ii) Metal is good conductor of heat and electricity.Non metal-i) Non metal are nonsonorous. ii) Non metal is bad conducter of heat and electricity.
