For Want of a Nail
For want of a nail the shoe was lost,
For want of a shoe the horse was lost,
For want of a horse the rider was lost,
For want of a rider the battle was lost,
For want of a battle the kingdom was lost,
And all for the want of a horseshoe nail.
इस कविता में बताया गया है कि कैसे छोटी से छोटी चीज भी बहुत महत्वपूर्ण होती है। एक कील नहीं मिलने के कारण घोड़े की नाल नहीं लग पाई। नाल की कमी के कारण घोड़ा दौड़ नहीं सकता है। अगर घोड़ा नहीं मिलेगा तो सवार कुछ नहीं कर पाएगा। यदि सवार नहीं मिलेंगे तो युद्ध में हार मिलेगी। जब युद्ध में हार होगी तो पूरा राजपाट छिन जाएगा। और पूरा राजपाट इसलिए छिन जाता है क्योंकि एक मामूली कील नहीं मिलती है।

Answer: Ramu Kaka wants to build a small house for him. So, he calls a Munna the mason. Munna calls Dabbu the labourer to get help. Munna builds the house with the help of Dabbu. After that, Munna calls Bunty the carpenter to make doors and windows. Bunty then calls Pappu the painter to paint doors and walls. Then Isaac the electrician is called to fit bulbs and fans. Dabbu holds the ladder. Isaac climbs the ladder to fix bulb. Finally, everyone works together to finish the house.
